The resort has a 12 year track record in Patong, The rising competition in their surrounding area created challenges to protect their overall strong occupancy as it weakened their REVPAR.
The mixed use property, located near the Phuket International airport, combines beach front villas, large apartments and hotel rooms together with a Water park, the first on Phuket.
Large rooms, hip and trendy design and great service are unique aspects of the property. REVPAR increased 40% by implementing the right Revenue Management tool.
The resort consists of 123 apartments, which are privately owned and pooled into a rental pool. The resort wanted to independently brand themselves using website marketing techniques.
Operated since October 2010, the property had a strong commitment with one tour operator. The goal was to increase revenues, protect the ADR and build up the brand for their own website.
