The Challenge

The resort is in the heart of Laguna Phuket and is branded by Best Western. The resort consists of 123 apartments which are privately owned and pooled into a rental pool. The resort wanted to independently brand them selves using website marketing techniques as well as become more competitive and drive more revenue. During the first months we were able to grow Revpar 23%.
