The Challenge

The young start up, with Thai Hospitality and Japanese management, servicing Family and friends with affordable accommodation and maximum comfort. The organization was young and rapidly growing, for which outsourcing their revenue management was the right fit to expand their growth with minimum financial investments. Each property is unique, its own competitive set and Target market.

Founded in 2016, the first property signed up with HMS Thailand was in March 2017, soon to be followed with 4 additional properties that same year. HMS Thailand creates comp set studies, a universal revenue management dashboard, a dynamic pricing structure and review their promotions and distribution model. During weekly meetings, management can share their input and we align our strategies, long and short term, for their sales strategy, pricing and margins/ incentives. Further we reduced distribution cost by implementing a more advance Channel manager and Central reservation solution to handle their reservations for all 9 properties from 1 single location.
