The Challenge
The management was new in the Thai Hospitality market and owns a large investment of Serviced apartments in Hua Hin. Competiton is rapidly growing in the Hotel and resort-, and alternative accomodation market. During the past 3 years the management increased the numbers of properties, to drive their ambition to growth. Irregular demands, different seasonalities and source markets are some of the challanges the management faces. HMS Thailand defined a compset, created monthly benchmarks, developed budget plans and Revenue management dashboards to inform management in weekly meetings on their performance and advice on their sales strategy.
