For more than 2 years HMS Thailand was managing the revenue management for Heritage Suite in Siem Reap. The Challenge
The property had to re open after months of renovations and were seeking to outsource their revenue management and e-commerce activities. Highly driven by Tour Operator business, sales started from zero, as the property closed for the past 6-8 months. Their Property management system was replaced with a cloud solution, providing more detail in breakdown and segmentation. Implementing rate structure, comp set analysis, dynamic pricing structure as well as a virtual Revenue Assistant, helped the management gain better insight into their business. Creating monthly benchmark and year on year comparisons, gave management a deeper insight in their competitive position and performance in the Crowded the 5 star hotel market of Siem Reap, Cambodia. HMS Thailand defined a comp set, created monthly benchmarks, developed budget plans and Revenue management dashboards to inform management in weekly meetings on their performance and advice on their sales strategy.
