UB Hotel Management Services is not a hotel management company but is operating as an independent consultant for the Hotels and Resorts in Thailand. The main market we focus on are the Non- branded, small and medium sized hotels and resorts in Thailand.

Areas in which UB can be of assistance:

Conducting hotel sales and marketing assessments for owners, operators and GM’s to help them understand the effectiveness of the sales team, learn how to maximize their hotel revenue through better rate management, outperform hotels in their competitive set, and operate a more efficient hotel marketing and sales department.

Creating strong plans for sales and marketing in Thailand with sales action calendars for the team to push sales in Bangkok. Our sales action plans encompass all markets including corporate and leisure transient, groups, wholesale contracts and online travel agents, public relations, social media marketing, website marketing, and print marketing, when appropriate. Website marketing and search engine optimization(SEO) are also part of the marketing plan.

Performing sales and marketing support for independent hotels, including:
