Koyao Island Resort

Koh Yao Island Residence Co Ltd. is part of Germing Frey Hotels and Resorts PCC, owns the Koyao Island Resort. Koyao Island Resort is located in the Phang Nga Province, South of Thailand. This remote property is currently operational for ten years. (www.koyao.com) UB Hotel Management Services is coordinating the sales and marketing for the resort. Creating rate policy, contracting, sales calls and monthly reporting are just a few elements of the monthly work we provide.

Germing Frey Hotel & Resorts Pcc

Germing Frey Hotels & Resorts PCC. is an investment company which currently has a portfolio of three hotels under its wings. Germing Frey is working closely with the well prestige brand of Six Senses. Currently they are co-owners of the Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi and the recently opened Soneva Kiri at Koh Kood.

Six Senses Private residences Yao Noi

New activities of Germing Frey are the start up of the Six Senses Private Residences Yao Noi. UB Hotel Management is consulting in the contracting and sales of the very rare nine properties which will be build there. The portfolio holds investments varying 1.8 till 7 Million USD.

Central & City Developments Limited is the owner and developer of the new Resort located on Mai Khao Beach, called West Sands. UB Hotel management operates as interim Sales & Marketing manager to set up the sales and marketing department. Core activities are rate structures, Marketing plan, Training and contracting. The current resort hold 110 keys and will open more units this coming November 2010, to a total of 250 keys. Central & City Developments are also the owners of the first Water park in Phuket, Splash Jungle.

Surin Hill Development Company is a longtime developer in Surin, specialized in private villas. Currently their latest condominium project, the Quarter, with 20 units will be ready by November 2010. UB hotel Management Services is setting up the sales & marketing, budget preparation organizational structure and facilities and services set up.  Additional UB will consult with legal advisers in management and rental agreements.
